The UT Tennis Club proudly boasts both indoor and outdoor courts. Never worry about the weather when you have access to 6 indoor tennis courts, or if the weather is perfect as it is often in sunny Austin, Texas, then plan to play tennis on one of our outdoor courts. The Club offers both social and competitive leagues for all ages. Junior camps are offered in the summer as well as competitive junior programs year-round. Group and private lessons are available for all ages. The Club also offers a full staff of tennis professionals and a pro-shop on property. The Edgar O. and Melanie A. Weller Tennis Center continues the tradition of offering pure Texas luxury that members have come to expect. The center includes six indoor courts, four outdoor courts, well-appointed locker rooms and a full tennis shop. The center provides year-round enjoyment for tennis members and is also an additional home for UT men's and women's tennis programs; one that will help with their pursuit of a national championship.
In 2020, we introduced Pickleball, the fastest growing sport in the US, to the membership with two outdoor courts. This sport is easy to learn and fun to play for all ages!
Offering exclusive UTTC logo tennis items as well as fitness apparel, the fully-stocked Tennis Pro Shop hours are Monday-Friday: 8:00am-10:00pm, Saturday-Sunday: 8:00am-6:00pm. Stop by to shop for new tennis gear and equipment, or have your racquet restrung.
