The University of Texas Golf Club is currently accepting applications for the following positions:
Post Daily POS transactions
Balance Daily Cash Deposits
Post Daily Member Receipts
Process monthly auto payments, with ACH and credit cards
Process assorted invoicing for events and affiliate billings
Assist with event billing in POS
Process member monthly billing statements
Direct all charge disputes and billing inquiries to appropriate manager
Follow up on member and event collections & assist with delinquency letters
Monitor petty cash and change banks, includes bank runs
Other accounting duties as needed
5+ years proven experience
Working knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel
Working knowledge of Jonas, a plus
Must have excellent organization and communication skills
Must have excellent skills in accuracy and efficiency, as well as, be detail oriented
Must be able to develop and foster professional relationships with members and staff
College degree in accounting preferred
40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
Responsible for general cleaning duties in and around the Clubhouse as well as Residential Cleaning duties of Casitas on property.
Part-time and full-time positions available. Must have nighttime availability and TABC certification. Experience is preferred but not required.
Golf Course Management Technician
Experience preferred, but not required. Pay starts at $12 per hour, plus benefit package. Entry Level Cook
Duties include assistance to the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in cooking and preparing meals for the membership.
Duties include dishwashing, cleaning the kitchen and taking out the trash. English is not necessary.
Member Services Associate
The mission of the Member Services department is to promote the game of golf and serve the needs of the UT Golf Club members, their guests, and any prospective members. Duties include welcoming golfers upon arrival, providing assistance with bag transfers, cleaning clubs and carts, and maintaining driving ranges. Applicants must be friendly, enthusiastic, well-spoken, and maintain a neat appearance. Knowledge of golf is a plus.
